Turning off your Toniebox is a simple process. First, make sure that the Toniebox power on/off switch is switched to the "off" position. Once the power switch is off, the Toniebox should switch off. If the Toniebox is still running, simply press and hold down the play button for several seconds until the Toniebox shuts off.
If your Toniebox is fully charged and you find that it still won’t switch off, you may need to reset the device. To do this, simply press and hold the play button and the up arrow button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The Toniebox should then turn off.
If your Toniebox still fails to turn off, you can try resetting the device by placing a paperclip or similar object in the small hole to the right of the headphone jack for a few seconds until it turns off.
If your Toniebox refuses to shut down no matter what you try, it is possible that there is an issue with the firmware. If this is the case, your best bet is to contact the manufacturer of the Toniebox for technical support.
