How to debone chicken wings?

Deboning chicken wings can be an intimidating task, but it's really not that difficult once you get the hang of it. Here's what you need to do:
1. Start by cutting off the wing tips and setting them aside for later use.

2. Turn the wing over and locate the shoulder joint which connects the wing and the drumette. You can usually see this joint by looking for the knuckle or indentation where the two bones meet.

3. Using your fingers or a sharp knife, carefully pull the joint apart, separating the wing from the drumette.

4. Now turn the drumette over and locate the elbow joint which connects the wing to the flat. Once again, you can usually see this joint by looking for the knuckle or indentation where the two bones meet.

5. Using your fingers or a sharp knife, carefully pull the joint apart, separating the drumette from the flat.

6. Now turn the flat over and locate the heel joint which connects the drumette to the tip. Once again, you can usually see this joint by looking for the knuckle or indentation where the two bones meet.

7. Finally, using your fingers or a sharp knife, carefully pull the joint apart, separating the flat from the tip.

With practice, you'll be able to debone a chicken wing in just a few minutes! Once you're finished, your chicken wings will be ready to be cooked however you'd like. Enjoy!
