Rocky Point clam cakes recipe

Ingredients:

-2 cups all-purpose flour
-2 eggs, beaten
-1 cup clam juice
-2 tablespoons butter, melted
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon celery salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 cup chopped clams

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, eggs, clam juice and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is combined and forms a dough.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, celery salt and baking powder.

3. Add the dry ingredients to the dough and stir to combine.

4. Add the chopped clams and stir to combine.

5. Heat up a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, scoop out the dough using a spoon and drop it into the pan (the size will depend on how large you would like the clam cakes to be).

6. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
