Ingredients:
• 2 pounds jumbo lump crabmeat, shells removed
• 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
• 3 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons powdered mustard
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, bread crumbs, green pepper, parsley, onion, powdered mustard, Worcestershire sauce, butter, mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Form the mixture into 6 to 8 patties.
4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the patties and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
6. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until heated through.
7. Serve hot.
